I was starting to feel self conscious about my appearance, as unlike years ago, I was now the oldest person in my department and was getting tired of people telling me I looked tired first thing in the morning, even when I wasn’t!
I was looking for a natural looking uplift that wouldn’t appear obvious I had work done, but instead would look like I just came back from a long vacation and had that refreshed, “you look great!” appearance again, and most of all, I didn’t want to look different…. The same “me”, but ten years younger.
Dr. Weintraub’s approach and philosophy appealed to me. When I discussed my concerns, at first, I asked for restylane, as I didn’t have much in the way of cheek bones and thought that would do it. It looked great, but he did tell me that if I wanted a permanent fix, surgery was the way to go, as I was no longer in my 40’s but well past late 50’s.As with any surgery, I visited 2 other plastic surgeons, one recommend for his low prices. Both had lower prices, but when I saw the before and after photos of past patients, well, to be totally frank, I wanted to run out of their offices! The day of my surgery the nurse who greeted me couldn’t have put me more at ease. Surgery went great, and after following his post op instructions I was up and about and loving my new refreshed look! We also discussed having a mole removed on the side of my eye. As Nice as he is Talented“Thanks to Dr. Weintraub for fixing bad results from two procedures I had in Europe and UAE with surgeons who said they specialized in plastic surgery but nearly ruined my face, leaving me thinking there wasn’t any solution until I found Dr. Weintraub on the internet. I look good from every angle“I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Weintraub and am very, very happy with my new nose! He took a lot of time with me during my consultation and answered all my questions and showed me many before and after pictures. I liked that his patients all had noses that were appropriate to their faces, not like he only knew how to make one kind of nose. I also spoke to one of his previous patients who said he did a secondary rhinoplasty on her, which apparently is more difficult than doing a primary rhinoplasty. Dr. Weintraub is an incredible surgeon“I am 19 years old and I have wanted rhinoplasty since middle school. My nose was my biggest insecurity and my parents finally let me start to see doctors after I finished college.
I found Dr. Weintraub online and left the consultation with my dad with a surgery booked the next 3 weeks. Dr. Weintraub is not only an incredible surgeon, but he is SO kind, is extremely patient with all of the questions I had, and is so easy to talk to. His staff is also amazing and his office is beautiful. During the consultation, he wrote down everything I didn’t like, so that during surgery he makes sure to hit each point. I also brought in pictures a week before surgery to show him what I like and dislike in other noses. He does not break noses which made me feel more comfortable too.
The day before my surgery I almost backed out because I was so nervous but I am so glad I didn’t. I had my surgery done in his 5th Ave location so it was private and not in a crazy hospital. I had 0 pain after surgery and didn’t have to take the pain killers once. My bruising went away after 5-6 days, and my cast was off within a week. I had a million questions to ask with each visit after surgery and he took the time to answer each one.”
