Subway:

5 Av / 59 St Station: Take either the N, Q, or R train to West 59th Street and walk approximately a half block to Fifth Avenue (toward Central Park), before walking 2 blocks north to East 61st Street.

Lexington Av / 59 St Station: Take either the N, Q, or R train to East 59th Street and walk 3 blocks to Fifth Avenue (toward Central Park), before walking 2 blocks north to East 61st Street.

Lexington Av / 63 St Station: Take the F Train to 63rd Street and walk 3 blocks to Fifth Avenue (toward Central Park), before walking 2 blocks south to East 61st Street.

Driving:

From Westchester: Take I-87 South to the FDR Drive. Take Exit 12 from the FDR Drive and continue to East 63rd St. Turn left onto Fifth Avenue and continue to East 61st Street. Dr. Weintraub’s office is located on the northeast corner of 61st and Fifth Avenue.

From Connecticut: Take I-95 South to the FDR Drive. Take Exit 12 from the FDR Drive and continue to East 63rd St. Turn left onto Fifth Avenue and continue to East 61st Street. Dr. Weintraub’s office is located on the northeast corner of 61st and Fifth Avenue.

From New Jersey: Take I-95 to NJ-495 East to the Lincoln Tunnel. Take the New York 9A /42 Street / Uptown / Theater District Exit. Continue onto Dyer Avenue. Use right to lanes to turn right onto West 42nd Street. Turn left onto Madison Avenue. Turn Left on East 61st Street. Dr. Weintraub’s office is located on the northeast corner of 61st and Fifth Avenue.

From Queens & Brooklyn: Take the Brooklyn Bridge, the Manhattan Bridge, the Queensboro Bridge or the Midtown tunnel to Manhattan. Go north on the FDR or First Avenue or Third Avenue. Turn left onto 61st Street. Dr. Weintraub’s office is located on the northeast corner of 61st and Fifth Avenue.
