This patient had extremely large breasts and as a result, for years she was bothered by back pain, neck pain, bra-strap furrows and chronic inflammation of the skin under her breasts. She underwent a breast reduction that not only gave her the ability to wear a t-shirt without a bra, but also improved her posture. This early post-operative photo shows the incisional lines, which fade to being skin-colored with time.
