This patient felt the excess skin of her upper eyelids and puffy bags of her lower eyelids made her look tired and old. A conservative eyelid lift was performed, and Dr. Weintraub removed the lower-lid fat pads carefully from the backside of the lower eyelid so that no incisions show.
