This patient wanted a natural lift to her face without anything done to her eyes. She was bothered by excess skin of her neck and the cording of her platysmal bands (the bands of her neck), the lipstick lines on her upper lip, and uneven pigmentation of her skin. Dr. Barry Weintraub performed a mid-face lift, a comprehensive neck lift including platysmal plication, and a full-face laser (excluding the eyes). Face lifting should always produce natural results, and no one should ever be able to tell you’ve had anything “done.”
