This patient desired a moderate breast augmentation since she was born with small, pancake-like breasts. Dr. Weintraub inserted her implants behind the pectoralis major muscle, through the armpit (axillary approach), with Mentor 350cc smooth round silicone implants utilizing a Keller funnel, producing a very natural and satisfying result.
