This patient decided to undergo rhinoplasty surgery later in life. He felt his nose was big, bulky and “looked like a beak,” but he didn’t want a radical change. Despite his very thick skin, Dr. Weintraub was able to resculpt the understructure, producing a more aesthetically pleasing nose.
