This patient disliked three particular elements of her nose: her dorsal bump, her overly projected tip, and the fact that her tip plunged upon smiling. Here you can see the results after a subtle rhinoplasty during which Dr. Weintraub filed the dorsal hump, telescoped the tip of the nose to reduce projection, and with the help of a columellar strut, gave support to the tip to prevent its plunging.
