Two main issues were disturbing this patient about her nose: her dorsal convexity, and her lower-lateral cartilages which over-volumized her tip. (The lower-lateral cartilages can best be seen in the ¾ view of this patient, including their downturning behavior when she smiles.) Dr. Weintraub performed a subtle rhinoplasty to correct these issues, creating better facial balance and harmony.
